FAQ
Ordering
We require a minimum one week notice in order to provide you with the best catering experience for your important event.
Platter return
Any equipment left for your use after we have concluded, such as platters and tongs, must be returned to our premises within 5 working days.
Payment and Deposit
After discussion and agreement on your catering option, we require a 10% deposit to secure your booking.
An invoice will be sent to your after your event. Payment of the balance of the invoice is required within 7 working days.
Minimum order
and Delivery fee
A minimum order of $300 will be applied.
$15~ delivery fee / It will depend on how far the delivery location is from Bunbury central.
